- Uploaded photos: The jewellery photos you upload for processing. These are sent to our AI processing pipeline and are not stored permanently after generation is complete.
- Generated images: The output images produced by the Service, which are temporarily stored for your download.
- Usage data: Information about how you use the Service, including which scenes you select, generation counts, and export activity. This helps us improve the product.
- Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This collects anonymised data such as page views, device type, and referral source.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service.
- Process your jewellery photos and generate output images.
- Manage your account, subscription, and generation limits.

We use the following third-party services to operate Gemly Studio:
- FAL.ai: For AI image processing (background removal and scene generation). Your uploaded photos are sent to FAL.ai's servers for processing.
- Stripe: For secure payment processing.
- Supabase: For account data storage and authentication.
- Vercel: For website hosting.
- Google Analytics: For anonymised website analytics.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Retention
- Uploaded photos: Processed during your session and not permanently stored on our servers.
- Generated images: Stored temporarily to allow you to download them. We may retain copies for quality review purposes.
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
- Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for product improvement purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
